Eligibility & Basics
1. What is the Revaaj Swap & Sparkle Policy?
It's a special program that gives you the flexibility to exchange an eligible piece of jewellery for a new one from our collection. Instead of being locked into a purchase, you can swap it for a different item within a 6-month period, receiving a credit value based on the timeline.
2. How do I know if my jewellery is eligible for a swap?
On the product page, look for the "Eligible for Swap" designation at the time of purchase. If it's there, your item qualifies for the policy.
3. Can I return an item that is eligible for the Swap Policy instead of swapping it?
No. Items that are part of our Swap & Sparkle Policy are exclusive to this program and cannot be returned for a cash or credit card refund. They are only eligible for being swapped for another product.
4. How many times can I swap a single purchase?
Your swap journey for an original purchase allows for a maximum of two swaps within the 6-month eligibility window.
Value & Credit Calculation
5. How is my swap credit calculated if I used a discount code on my original purchase?
Your swap credit is always calculated based on the final amount you paid for the product after any discounts or coupons have been applied. This amount excludes the original shipping fees and taxes.
6. What happens if I swap for a new item that costs less than my credit value?
If you choose a new piece that is priced lower than your available swap credit, the remaining credit amount is forfeited. It cannot be used for a future purchase or be refunded. We recommend choosing an item of equal or greater value to make the most of your swap.
7. Is there a fee for swapping?
There are no hidden fees for the swap service itself. The only cost you would incur is the price difference if you select a new piece of jewellery that is more expensive than your swap credit.
The Swap Process
8. When does the 6-month swap period officially begin?
The 6-month clock starts on the day your original order is delivered to you.
9. What do I need to send back when I make a swap?
You need to return the jewellery piece in its original, undamaged condition. It must be sent back within its original, undamaged Revaaj packaging box.
10. I lost the original Revaaj box. Can I still swap my item?
The original, undamaged Revaaj packaging box is a required part of the swap process to ensure the jewellery is protected and its authenticity is maintained. Unfortunately, items returned without the original box are not eligible for a swap.
11. What if I swap my eligible item for a new piece that isn't eligible for the policy?
You are free to do so! However, this will complete your swap journey for that purchase. The new, non-swappable item cannot be swapped again in the future.
Condition & Approval
12. What if my item has a minor scratch or shows signs of wear?
For a swap to be approved, the item must be returned in its original, wearable condition, free from any damage, breaks, or alterations. Our quality assurance team will assess the piece upon its return. Revaaj reserves the final right to approve the swap based on this assessment.
