  • Payments can be made through secure payment gateways. We do not store your payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Pan India and aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on location and external factors.
  • Revaaj is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.

5. Return & Exchange

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
  • No return or exchange is allowed on customized or clearance items.

6. Swap Your Jewellery Policy

  • Selected premium items are eligible for our Swap Your Jewellery program.
  • Customers can exchange eligible products within 6 months of purchase and get up to 85% value back toward a new piece.
  • Each item is eligible for up to 2 swaps only.
